Due to the nature of Montag Design products, which are produced in small quantities and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience .
However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• If the product is found to be defective or damaged

• If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered

In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will check the situation and guide you through the return or exchange procedure.

About pre-order items

For pre-ordered items, we will place an order with the factory once your order is confirmed. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations after a reservation has been made .
Please note that it will take some time for your order to be shipped.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order due to circumstances on our part, we will provide a full refund.

・We only ship within Japan.

-Normally, items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your order.

・Ordered items will be delivered using Click Post, Yamato Transport, Japan Post, etc. depending on the size and contents. You cannot choose the delivery method, but shipping costs are 300 yen (tax included) nationwide .

-For pre-ordered items, shipping costs will be 800 yen (tax included) due to different sizes.

For pre-ordered items, please select offline payment when placing your order.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you payment instructions and then ship your order.
If you accidentally select credit card payment, we will accept your order as a prepaid reservation. If we are unable to ship the item, we will refund the full amount.
