This product is an aluminum alloy plug cover to protect earphone jacks and device jacks.
By plugging it in when the terminal is not in use, it prevents dust and foreign objects from entering and helps prevent deterioration of the device terminal.

• Surface treatment : Anodized finish (improved corrosion resistance and wear resistance)

• Compatible terminals : 3.5mm/4.4mm (varies by product)

Anodizing creates an oxide coating on the surface, making it lightweight yet highly durable.
Due to the handcrafted finish, slight variations in color and texture may occur between products. This is a manufacturing characteristic and is not a defect.

• When connecting or disconnecting, insert and remove the connector straightly without applying excessive force.

• This product does not completely seal the terminals.

• Avoid storing in wet or hot, humid environments.

• The color of the anodized aluminum may gradually change due to wear and tear over time.

・We only ship within Japan.

-Normally, items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order.

・Ordered items will be delivered using Click Post, Yamato Transport, Japan Post, etc. depending on the size and contents. You cannot choose the delivery method, but shipping costs are 300 yen (tax included) nationwide .

-For pre-ordered items, shipping costs will be 800 yen (tax included) due to different sizes.

For pre-ordered items, please select offline payment when placing your order.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you payment instructions and then ship your order.
If you accidentally select credit card payment, we will accept your order as a prepaid reservation. If we are unable to ship the item, we will refund the full amount.

Due to the nature of Montag Design products, which are produced in small quantities and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・If the product is found to be defective or damaged

・If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered

In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will check the situation and guide you through the return or exchange procedure.

About pre-order items

For pre-ordered items, we will place an order with the factory once your order is confirmed. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations after a reservation has been made.
Please note that it will take some time for your order to be shipped.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order, we will provide a full refund.
